NOVU INTERNATIONAL was launched with the idea of offering state‐of‐the‐art products for Handicraft Items, Home Decor Products, Decorative and Gift Items, Furniture and Lighting. Home Decor, Furniture and Lighting products play a major role in defining the ambiance of a space. Our products are an effort towards this.

The company comprises of two partners with experience in varied fields ranging from Accessory/Product Designing, Architecture/Interior Designing to Hospitality and Management.

Our In-house Design department constantly keeps our collection updated with the latest trends & technology in fusion with Traditional Crafts. Our products are perfect examples of the blend of modern, contemporary, and minimalist designs with traditional manufacturing techniques.

We are primarily focused on Wood with the fusion of a variety of other raw materials including Steel. Aluminum, Iron, Ceramic, Brass, Glass, Bamboo, etc. to give a more aesthetic value and to manufacture a wide range of products.

Infrastructure

Novu has a factory with a built-up area of 18,000 sq.ft. and with a possibility of additional expansion of up to 70,000 sq.ft.

Our well-equipped manufacturing unit is capable of producing a huge amount and high-quality products within the deadlines. Our Team is always ready to handle any challenges with extreme passion and enthusiasm and deliver it with the highest customer satisfaction.

From procuring raw material, finishing, quality check to packaging, every team member has in-depth knowledge in their respective core areas. And their skills and knowledge are fundamental assets for NOVU INTERNATIONAL.

Every artisan, helper, designer, etc. is highly trained to handcraft and inspect every unit carefully to achieve the high-quality products that we promise to deliver.

Indrajit Hira

Managing Partner

Indrajit Hira is a designer with more than 14 years of experience in the field of Home décor, Furniture, and Interior designing. He is an alumnus of the prestigious institution of National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), New Delhi, India. After obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion and Lifestyle Accessory Design he has worked with many renowned Designers and Architects in India.

In 2010, Indrajit earned his Master’s Degree in International Marketing from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland. Subsequently, he worked as a Business Development Officer with many leading multi-national companies like Ravissant, OMA, and Maggpie Retail in the Home Decor/Kitchen industry and enhanced their businesses.

After 14 years of in-depth Industry knowledge and inspired by the opportunity to bring stylish home décor products to the Domestic and International market, Indrajit decided to blend the Indian Handicraft with an innovative contemporary/minimalist art by establishing NOVU International. Serving as a Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Indrajit has been responsible for designing various Product lines and also leads the Manufacturing division to deliver projects with the utmost precision and exemplary quality standards.

Indranil Hira

Managing Partner

Indranil Hira is a graduate architect with more than 22 years of experience in delivering projects in the sector of Residential, Institutional, Commercial, Hospitality, Retail, Exhibitions, etc. He is an alumnus of the prestigious institution of School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) New Delhi, India, and also a member of the Council of Architecture. He has a wide range of Domain knowledge which includes Architecture, Interior Designing, Manufacturing, Engineering and Design Management, Operations Management, BIM, Technology Evaluation, Strategy and Deployment, CRM, Supply Chain Management.

Indranil serves as a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at the organization and has been associated with NOVU INTERNATIONAL since its inception. His rigorous design knowledge and thorough supply chain management understanding always help NOVU to perform its best in this competitive world. His expertise lies in driving strategies to tightly linking the relevance and responsiveness of the customer experience as being the key ingredients in turning leads to potential clients and further into actual customers.

He has a vast experience in associating and delivering projects for clients like Hirsch Bedner Associates, Anshen Allen (now Stantec), Broadway Malyan, Ellerbe Becket, Harley Ellis Devereaux, Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, WATG, etc.
